61.《房地产难不难?》
话说上星期有位夫妇来电寻问首邦租赁,打算在首邦区找间排屋,方便工作上班便利,众所周知,有地住宅单位凤毛鳞角,求多以供,好不容易,才从其他房仲那儿找到一间.
经过一轮交涉,租户约好看看房子,也了解周围的环境,于是便订在周末看房.
业主也乐意安装,加料不加价,保持原来的租金,看似一切即将水到渠成,等待租户的最后通蝶.
傍晚时份,租户短息要求降低租金一百大洋,如果业主愿意就立马下定,完成交易.
经过一轮商讨,业主也接受了租户的议价,看来破单在望,难免雀跃万分.
一天过去了,短信不回,二天过去了,三天过去了,看似石沉大海了.
租户变成了逃户,先前胸口碎大石的打包单,现在变成了胸口碎豆腐的夹尾而逃,这不是房产常态,而是人生百态啊!
