房产说故事:《六个月的房产之旅》
《六个月的房产之旅》
Last October, I joined the industry, and it has been six months now. I can no longer use the excuse of being a rookie, but I still consider myself a beginner. However, I am doing my best to stand firm in this industry. I post articles every week to record my learning progress and reflect on the challenges and difficulties I face. I have also learned to balance my life and running.
Whenever I reflect on this question, I think about how new people can establish themselves and survive in the real estate industry. Maybe there will be an answer in the future, or maybe there won't be, but the process is more important than the result.
Through self-awareness, I have realized that this industry requires networking, which takes time to accumulate. This is the foundation that requires time and energy investment. Day after day of hard work will eventually bear fruit. It's like learning to run - those with a good foundation can achieve great success, while those with a weak foundation must work harder.
In this industry, building external networks and internal ease are equally important. As the saying goes in the world of martial arts novels, "where there are people, there is a community." Everyone has their own characteristics, and their background, culture, and education create differences. Real estate agents are mediators who facilitate and reach consensus.
Real estate is something that outsiders watch for fun, but insiders look for expertise. The more specialized and experienced you are, the more respected you are in the industry. If you focus on mastering the auction of properties, you can become a master of the trade.
If you try to be a jack-of-all-trades, you will end up being a master of none. Without doing the hard work underground, you will fall into a red ocean and face a bleak future.
Therefore, experts must truly specialize in their field. In just the SS and USJ city areas alone, there are nearly 80 high-rise buildings, ranging from low-cost housing to high-end apartments. USJ1 alone has a residential area ranging from USJ1 to USJ27, and there are also light industrial areas in USJ1, as well as major commercial areas in SS15 and USJ10. Each project must be done well and become an expert in it.
Nowadays, we must keep up with the times. We need to learn how to use ChatGPT to write copy, translate, use Canva to design graphics, and use CapCut for video editing. We can no longer rely on just a few skills to make a living. We need to have multiple skills to survive.
In the past, having one skill was enough to defend oneself, but now we need multiple skills to survive!
